Korona-5 Single Wire Saw Machine is a universal stone-processing equipment designed for edging, sawing blocks of natural and artificial stone up to 2000 mm high and up to 3000 in length into thick billets or slabs (slabs, slabs).
The working tool of "Crown-5" is a wire saw, reinforced with diamond bushings with a diameter of 10-11.5 mm.
The frequency converter for adjusting the speed of the rope movement allows not only to process material of any strength and abrasiveness (limestone, marble, granite, basalt, glass, concrete goods), but also to significantly reduce the wear of the diamond wire saw and increase the productivity of the equipment. The programmable logic controller automates the sawing process and minimizes operator involvement.
Due to the ease of assembly and rigidity of the structure, "Korona-5" can be installed both in the production area and on board the quarry - in sufficient proximity to the source of raw materials.
The workpieces obtained on the passaging machine can be further processed on multi-disc machines, and slabs - on polishing and edging machines.
