RITM Bridge type block cutting machine - Giant Disc Bridge Saw Machine

Bridge machine "Rhythm" is designed for sawing blocks of natural stone up to 3100 * 2450 * 790 mm in size into smaller workpieces, slabs or slabs with a thickness of 10 mm.
The cutting tool of the machine is a cutting diamond disc with a diameter of up to 2200 mm, fixed on the spindle of the carriage, which moves along the bridge along linear guides placed in oil baths.
Sawing can be carried out both in fully automatic mode, thanks to the presence of a programmable logic controller, and in manual control mode. The sawing program is set from the touch control panel and does not require the constant presence of the operator. In manual mode, control is carried out from a push-button panel, and the straightness of the cut is controlled using a laser ruler.
