IDRO PENTA CNC 5 Axis Waterjet Machine

Numerically controlled with 5 interpolated axes for simultaneous control. Working of soft materials with water alone, hard materials such as glass, stones, steel with the use of abrasive material type silica.
The machine 'consists of a bridge structure that moves on the basement, driven by two brushless motors in gantry configuration.
The sliding movement are on linear ball bearing guides, which are tempered and rectified and are equipped with nr. 4 contact points to ensure greater precision and ruggedness, protected by bellows-shaped profile. The movement is on precisely tilted racks, driven by a brushless motors.
The containment tank water is steel hot galvanized made and integrated in the frame-base.
The grid to support the working material is composed of large plates vertically placed in comb position, within which are inserted interchangeable galvanized sheets
Useful area of work (X-Y-Z): 4000 x 2000 x 250 mm.
