Perfect Pavers of South Florida LLC (Perfect Pavers, Inc. from 1988 to 2011), based in Fort Lauderdale, is one of the largest companies installing the relatively new and exciting product called interlocking concrete pavers.
John C. Lewis, founder and vice president, was intrigued with this product and decided to specialize only in the installing of these beautiful pavers. Mr. Lewis has lived in South Florida for the past 41 years, has been a building contractor for 40 years and has devoted the last 30 years to the paver business.
His many years of experience in the building of condos and spec homes for major builders and developers has helped to make Perfect Pavers a leader in the business, concentrating only on the installation of these pavers of condos, hotels, roadways, residential and commercial jobs. Our sales people are up-to-date on paver innovations, selling our customers top-of-the-line products in the newest shapes and colors from manufacturers that have been in business for many years. Our professional staff, management and crews are here to help and our energies are totally committed to our rigid quality control procedures and to the service and satisfaction of our customers.
Perfect Pavers has installed interlocking concrete pavers for many projects and the customers have been thrilled with the difference these pavers have made. For example, Sea Ranch Condominiums in Sea Ranch Lakes, Florida installed 115,000 square feet over a very nasty epoxy chattahoochee. The Galahads in Hollywood spent $837,000 on five buildings to cover severely cracked concrete. Oceans II Condo in Daytona requested 19,000 square feet of interlocking pavers to cover an old, ugly cool deck on an above-grounded pool. Finally, at Ocean Landings Resort in Cocoa Beach, Perfect Pavers installed beautiful, thin peach and coral pavers over their existing pool patio of severely cracked concrete.
