HABU was founded more than 50 years ago by Hans-Joachim Bundt as a trading house for tools and abrasives for the stone industry. HABU was soon also supplying Scandinavian countries. Through the contacts made in this way, the company finally reached the first Nordland rocks. When additional natural stone producers from India and Asia entered the market, the business was expanded in this direction and HABU expanded strongly.
HABU has thus grown with the import of tombstones and has meanwhile established itself as one of the leading suppliers in this area. But HABU has also been one of the leading dealers in Germany in the construction sector for over 30 years with a unique selection of natural stones from all over the world and in a wide variety of variants - guaranteed to be produced without child labor.
