Company Description
Indonesian petrified wood, or also known as carved wood, is a type of wood that has undergone a process of fossilization for thousands of years. This process occurs when wood buried in the soil undergoes replacement of its organic matter with minerals such as quartz, calcite or pyrite. As a result, the original wood structure is maintained, but has a harder texture and is made of these minerals.
