The horizontal hammer crusher from our high-efficiency series is a device designed for second or third level crushing, depending on the used sieves. It is designed for medium and fine-grain crushing. Its maximum input can reach up to 800mm, which makes it possible to obtain a ready product with a granulation from 0.5 mm to 100 mm at the machine exit, set according to your own needs, thanks to the use of a moving grate (in the form of a thick sieve) at the machine exit. The crusher is used to crush hard, medium-hard and soft materials with a low moisture ratio, such as:
- aggregate (granite, basalt, lime, stone)
- construction waste (concrete, brick, stone)
- loose / brittle materials (asphalt, ceramics, coal, glass)
and materials of other origin:
- plastics
- scrap (rotors, stators, alternators)
- aluminum (can, caps)
- household appliances (power supplies, computers, kettles, irons)

The vertical hammer crusher uses a new type of fine-grained crushing (maximum input 400mm, which gives the possibility of obtaining a ready product with a granulation from 0.01mm to 5mm at the machine exit).
