A hammer crusher from the high-performance series is a machine designed for medium and fine-grained crushing of materials of various hardness (for stone, e.g. sandstone - basalt), including recycled waste (for aluminum, electronic equipment). In principle, the impact is the most important for the operation of the hammer crusher. Inside the crushing chamber there is a rotor to which hammers are attached. Falling fragments are hit by them, which changes the direction of their fall. This is to maximize the force with which they collide with the plates on the swinging beams. Then it goes to further, mutual collisions, thanks to which an even greater fragmentation is achieved.

Vertical action hammer crushers are characterized by crushing the material to fractions below 1 mm. The characteristics of the machine and the lack of the use of a grate / sieve allow for crushing materials with increased humidity, with the possibility of wet crushing (feeding a stream of water along with the material to be crushed).

The horizontal hammer crusher from our high-efficiency series is a device designed for second or third level crushing, depending on the used sieves. It is designed for medium and fine-grain crushing. Its maximum input can reach up to 800mm, which makes it possible to obtain a ready product with a granulation from 0.5 mm to 100 mm at the machine exit, set according to your own needs, thanks to the use of a moving grate (in the form of a thick sieve) at the machine exit.
