SUPERMODULO polishing machine has been designed and buildt for the following processes:
Polishing of straight and curved ribs (round or half-moon and quarter moon shapers, and about 160 different shapers ) and bevels.
Lower and upper rim gauging, upper polishing
SUPERMODULO is a modular machine because all its parts are interchangeable
The machine allows the carrying out of the above-mentioned working processes on granite or marble plates or blocks of a thickness from 20 to 80 mm. for straight ribs; from 20 to 100 mm for curved ribs. This particular performance makes the SUPERMODULO unique in its kind and useful also for the working processes required in funeral art.
The outstanding feature of this polishing machine is its complete AUTOMATICITY. It is possible to polish at the same time and without any manual intervention, ribs and bevels of plates and blocks of a different thickness
The high productive capacity of the SUPERMODULO is censure by the use of a NEW patented automatic system which guarantee the perfect anchorage of the piece during its rectilinear movement.
The SUPERMODULO machine is composed by 14 or more units. This ensure the execution of different profiles on marble, granite and stones. These units are completely controlled by an electronic system. No manual intervention is requie. Even the lengthsandshapers of the pieces are automatically and logically stored by the machine.
The SUPERMODULO machine is hydraulically controller. There is always the possibility to change the speeds and rotations during the working phases: this is a UNIQUE feature for machines of this kind. Moreover SUPERMODULO ensures the perfect execution of irregular shapes, such as crows feet, sloping incisions, etc..

Single head bridge polishing machine. The machine is built in electrowelded metal that has been hot galvanized and treated with epoxy coatings. GOLDENGROOVE CTV

Automatic machine for the execution of V-shaped straight grooves on panels made from natural and compound stone, using shaped diamond wheels.

ROBUST AND PRECISE

Goldengroove CTV has a robust electrowelded steel structure designed to support the rectified worktable and the travelways for the spindle carriage, ensuring machining operations are free of damaging vibrations.

The grooving spindles are mounted to a carriage, which translate longitudinally along guides with circulating ball slides. The carriage is powered by an inverter-controlled motor reducer unit which ensures maximum “V” grooving precision.

FLEXIBLE, ERGONOMIC AND SAFE

The three grooving spindles are designed with independent variable speeds and travel vertically on rectangular prismatic guides, allowing greater machine adaptability for machining various types of materials.

The worktable is fitted with a number of retracting tyre mounted wheels which are controlled by pedal activated pneumatic pistons, facilitating workpiece positioning. Front polycarbonate protections guarantee maximum operator safety.

USER-FRIENDLY AND FAST TO INSTALL

The control panel is fitted with a colour monitor and alphanumerical keyboard for machine programming and control, the operator interface is simple to use and intuitive.

The distance of the groove from the edge of the workpiece is programmed from the control panel which automatically moves the motorised rear backing plate against the workpiece.

Goldengroove CTV does not require foundations and is simply secured to the ground. It is fitted with a system for collecting and conveying the water used in machining to a single drain outlet.

This machine has been studied for special processing, such as :
polishing plane and convex or concave surfaces with pneumatic pressure; edges shaping and polishing with thickness up to 100 mm; execution and polishing of drain-boards; processing and polishing of table, kitchen and vanity top profiles; drilling; horizontal cut with diamond disc, etc.
It is made of a stout steel structure rotating over 350° and allowing thus to work on different work stations; its radius is 2000 mm. A 7,5 HP motor, controlled by inverter, allows the adjustment of spindle rotation from 300 to 3,000 rpm; the value is readable on a proper display on the control panel.
The vertical movement on the column is motorized.
The contact with the template is carried out by means of an idle roller which has the same diameter as the diamond wheel.
The two semi-arms can be locked by means of pneumatic disc brakes.
The tools are cooled directly from the internal of the spindle as well as from outside.
The electric plant, with components of the best International brands, complies with European Standards (CE) in force.

PSG GOLD SERIES - PLANETARY HEAD
It is built with a treated aluminium box for lightness and elasticity when absorbing blows, hardened and ground gears manufactured by our numerical control centres and bronze covers for simple economic maintenance.

These products have proven to have a higher removal capacity, guaranteeing a great planarity and an excellent finishing of the material processed. The C2 and C3 heads, thanks to their characteristics, are used in the calibrating of both slabs, strips and tiles of granite. The C2 and C3 heads are installed together with the special calibrating spindle that due to its double motor allows independent adjustment of the rotation speed of the head and tools.

Specifically designed to be used with diamond tools, this type of head is particularly suitable for the roughing phase of hard materials. Characterised by high removal capacity and perfect flatness of the material, this head also ensures negligible wear of tools and high reliability.
