- Working principle
The electric motor provides power and is transmitted to a plurality of tightly closed diamond wire saw through the rotation of the wheel system. The machine guides and moderately tensions the diamond wire saw, at the same time the wheel system which winding diamond wire saw can move together downwards, and drive the diamond wire saw move downwards. Diamond beads and stone contact to cut slabs with sufficient accuracy.
-The machine has been designed to cut slabs with 20/30mm thickness.
-The structure of the machine is triangle-based.
-The up down mocement of the machine is done with two columns.
-The changing of the thickness of cutting is done by the displacement of the diamond wire saws on the different grooves of rubber belt.
