Bridge polishing machine "Blesk" is a professional stone processing equipment designed for grinding and polishing slabs and slabs made of natural and artificial stone with a maximum size of 3000 * 2500 * 200 mm.
Processing of workpieces is carried out by any type of abrasive tool, both in manual mode from the control panel, and in automatic mode according to a program preset and executed by a programmable logic controller. The technological capabilities of the machine make it possible to simultaneously process several products at once, including those of various thicknesses, and smooth, stepless adjustment of the carriage movement speed and an adjustable pneumatic clamp guarantee high productivity and quality of processing.
Modern and reliable pneumatic and electrical components, dust and moisture proof electrical cabinet with a touch panel, protection and interlock systems that protect mechanisms and grinding tools from breakdowns, make the machine convenient and safe to operate and maintain.

More than only a flat polisher, the T500 can perform various operations like bushhammering, calibrating with satellites head, or texturing works using the know-how THIBAUT has developed for many years.
The T500 can work on various types of materials, such as concrete, marble, granite, or even glass…, even on concave or convex surfaces. To comply with your needs, the T500 can be configurated in different solutions, with 2 different traverse capacities ( 2220 or 3170 mm ), with automatic tool change, with mechanical or motorized stop…etc
The runway length is adjustable according to your needs and your workshop area.

THIBAUT used all its know-how for the conception of this machine, as well as its knowledge of polishing techniques. The result is an extremely sturdy machine, with a bridge and a vertical carriage in cast iron put on a runway using real train rails ( Very High-Speed Train ), carefully calibrated. Easy programming
The T500 is very easy to program and use, thanks to a friendly interface. The machine is delivered with built-in parameters, that are adjusted during the commissioning.
Optional, the program for irregular shapes gives you the possibility to take into account the real shape of the pieces to work on, and so to save a lot of time (the head does not work on a basic rectangular shape but follows the real piece shape)
Optional too, you can program the position and the size of eventual openings (in case of concrete panels).

For marble and granite slabs with electronic control of the movements. The polishing machine SIRIO is the basic tool for any factory in stone processing.
FEATURES
The basic version can polish:
- marble slabs using the head with Frankfurt type abrasives;
- granite slabs using:
- the optional satellite head with circular grinding wheels with TERZAGO Brevetti couplings;
- fickert type TANGENTIAL abrasive head.
