Bridge saw for the production of tombstone art, buildings and paving stones. The cast iron sturdy and asymmetric structure allows to supervise the cutting area in a handy position outside the machine.
A PLC with large dimension touch-screen control panel manages the cutting parameters cycle. The turning table is motorized and, on demand, it can be tilting.
Numeric control bridge saw for cutting and shaping marble and granite
This aesthetically beautiful and avant-garde machine has been engineered for the construction of building elements and the manufacturing of furniture and Tombstone art elements.
The numeric control is handled by an industrial PC. The automatic cycles are easily programmed by touch screen from a colour monitor.
The tool-holder head can perform step cutting even in 0°/90° tilted positions. Perfect movements control allow for processing by spatula.
Owing to the adjustment system on all guides, the M940CN maintains the original precision unaltered in time.
The cast iron asymmetrical structure allows for easy supervision of the machine work field from the ground and from a safe outer position.
The peculiar triangular closed section and the internal ribbing provide the bridge with greater resistance when compared to traditional bridges of equal weight and length with “U” type open section.
The transversal movement mechanisms are housed in the very large shoulders section. The rack/pinion systems are equipped with devices for the continuous clearance recovery which guarantee precision in the movements.
The guides for bridge transversal stroke are effectively protected with special guards, against dust and water coming from any direction.
In the powerful trolley assembly, the slides, that are driven through precision screws, slide along prismatic guides with very large holding base.
Clearance adjustment easy to use devices allow for original precision holding in time.
Tool holder head inclination is adjustable from 0° to 90° with pneumatic locking system in any position.
Trolley, that is driven through a rack/pinion system, slides along two hardened, ground, chrome plated large diameter rods.
The rods are fixed at different levels onto bridge distant edges to allow for a very large trolley holding base, not reasonably possible with traditional guiding systems.
Owing to this guiding system, trolley reacts effectively not only to horizontal and vertical stress but also, specifically, to transversal stress that is particularly high in case of shaped tools and “spatula“ processing.
