The SNM-SC1200 is a technically advanced 3 axis CNC machine. It has a fixed bridge structure, with a mobile carriage and table, made as a single strong and solid unit with no need for special foundation structure when installed.
General Characteristics:
The SNM-SC1200 has a 14 automatic tool changer. It is fast, and easy to program for marble, granite and stone. It is capable of carrying various types of jobs using either tools or disks. With the SNM-SC1200 it is possible to engrave, write, carve, shape, cut and drill. It is the ideal machine for making kitchen tops and pocketing.
The 3 interpolated axis motion is done by brushless motors coupled with extremely precise reduced back lash reduction gears.
The table sliding device is working in an oil bath to reduce friction and is protected by stainless steel covers.
The carriage works on hard chrome axes coupled to low friction Teflon slides protected by bellows.
The machine X, Y and Z axes move with a high precision rectified ball screw.

The SNM-SC1200 CNC stone center is equipped with the latest CNC with the following features:
3 interpolated axis control + 1 controlled spindle.
1 Hand-wheel directly connectable to the operator panel.
2 overrides (feed and spindle rotation).
Man / Machine interface, which has been developed in a Microsoft Windows environment, is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The different functions available can be selected by using soft keys that are associated with toolbar icons depending on the operational context.
