Helios Five is an extremely precise 5-axis machining center and bridge saw (6 axis with the lathe), with automatic tool change and magazine, that can be extended according to specific needs. The possible configurations make the machine suitable for the execution of important works, from roughing to finishing, with highly detailed results. The precision of the Helios Five allows to achieve the greatest part of the stone processes possible, such as small and large sculptures and statues, kitchen tops with profiling and edge polishing, drain boards and much more. As a bridge saw, the machine can work with disks with diameters of up to 725 mm. Thanks to its imposing structure and the technology developed by Helios. Helios Five can process all types of cut with extreme precision (45° angled cuts, shaped cuts, arches cuts angled on both sides etc…)
Helios Five can have the Z stroke of 680, 1000 or 1200 mm and can be equipped with the interpolated lathe, thus increasing the executable machining in the stone sector.

For stone fabrication, C4 is a fully automated stone CNC machine that is as effective for monuments and memorials as it is for kitchen tops.
Not only can you use it for sink cut-outs, but with a 220mm (8.7inches) Z-axis travel and oscillating capability it can cut, polish and engrave (both text and photo) monuments and memorials, as well as solid stone shower trays, in marble, granite and engineered stone.
The C4 is a development based on the C3’s unique open gantry. With the open gantry and compact and space-saving design it allows for any size work piece - without having to take into account the machine’s tool envelope. The stone is worked “polished side up” to make set up easier for the fabricator. The ”tilt table’’ means your stone doesn’t need to be calibrated and it’s perfect for drainers and flutes.
Along with our other CNC stone fabrication machinery, the entire process is run from the integrated PC Windows® control panel. The easy-to-operate interface in the modern computer makes it possible to draw, change and save thousands of drawings and figures at the machine.

Primus is the new proposal by Intermac in the technology of the waterjet cutting for glass applications. The profound knowledge of the needs in the process of optimization of the glass cutting has brought to the ideation of a system that is simple to use, with reduced maintenance and high productivity.
With Primus there is the combination of productivity and versatility of the waterjet technology with the reliability and the ease of use Intermac solutions.
In brief Primus makes an art of essentiality. The cut is possible through a supersonic jet, that is obtained by concentrating through a suitably calibrated hole, a water flow with the pressure about 413,7 Mpa (about 60.000 psi) that produces a coherent jet of water projected at almost three times the speed of sound (810 m/s). The jet can be added with abrasive, according to the materials to be cut and is directed against the surface of the work-piece and it is able to separate the parts by means of dual action: erosion and abrasion combined.
The enhancement of the water pressure is realized by specific hydraulically- driven volumetric pump, called ultra high pressure intensifier that determines the cut potential of the system. -
