The multiple diamond wire cutter is a machine that stands out for its efficiency and high productivity, designed to obtain high yields, characterized by its great robustness, thanks to its particular design that forms a compact, balanced and compensated unit where all the movements are concentrated, and its proven reliability and that of the elements that compose it, all of it being designed to withstand the harshest working conditions.
The main structure of the machine is basically made up of two robust columns made up of mechano-welded steel structures, connected to each other by an upper crossbar. The structure of the main frame is mounted on both columns, which joins the two handwheel-carrying carriages, which move vertically supported by both columns on linear guides with recirculating linear roller skates and driven by a pair of laminated spindles with recirculating nuts. balls, synchronized and activated by two motor-reducers with independent servomotors for the ascent/descent of the wires with a smooth and precise displacement, located in the upper part of both columns, the entire guide assembly is perfectly protected by PVC bellows .

The Ø1800 driving drum is made up of a single pulley with multiple channels with grooves and connected to the main motor by means of a pulley and toothed belt transmission.
