NODOSAFER slicers are very solid and precise machines, characterized by their robustness, great production versatility and easy handling.
These slicers are equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of their particular mechanical and electronic design. Particularly noteworthy is the linear guide system of the headstock bridge, supported by two longitudinal beams, parallel to the cutting table, with precision linear guides and high-precision, high-rigidity recirculating ball slides, on which it moves, to carry out cutting work.
All movements have speed regulation through an electronic variator and the motors have a built-in brake to achieve precise stops.
In the management and control section, it is worth noting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, thus avoiding unnecessary waste of time. The programming of the work cycle and the display of its sequence is carried out on an operator terminal with a touch screen, where all the work parameters are displayed, as well as the cutting cycles.
