The water wall dust extractor has a double dust suction system. Outside there is a waterfall layer, generated to capture the heavier dust in suspension; inside there is another nozzle reduction system, needed for the complete dust removal of the suctioned air. Our suction cabin is designed for high performance and less maintenance. It is made of prime AISI 304 stainless steel. The MB water wall follows the guidelines of HSE Health and Safety Executive.
The operation and use of the MODULBOX MB system requires the operator to work in the front of the module, between the water layer and the linear vacuum opening. The dust produced is vacuumed by the fans through the opening located between the tank and the water layer. At first, part of the dust is reduced by the outer water layer while the rest is stopped by a water atomization system located inside the machine. The module also has a droplet separator that isolates the water atomization system from the suction unit, not allowing the water or dust to be discharged in the air. The purified air comes out from the top of the machine, allowing recirculation in the location. The water flow on the outer layer can be regulated using the gate valves while the flow of the inner water atomization system, for dust reduction, remains constant. It is also possible to access the machine for cleaning and routine maintenance of parts subject to saturation and inevitable wear. An additional fixed or mobile box of various dimensions with a frame in AISI 304 stainless steel and plexiglass panels can be applied to the front allowing the user to work even in areas subject to excessive turbulence. Whenever the laboratory ceiling is not higher than six metres, our anti-turbulence disperser called the PLENUM is recommended.

The DS model sludge bagger is a multi-bag sludge dehydrator. It resolves the problem of sludge disposal in compliance with current legislation. The sludge, which is decanted into special tanks, is sent through a submersible pump in the containment tank positioned in the upper part of the DS. How does it work?
A strong aspiration, localized all over the frontal grating and by one or two (optional) articulated suction arms, sucks the dust inside the Idrodos where it amalgamates with sprayed water particles. The air stream forces the wet dust along a path where the centrifugal forces trap it into the water tank. From there, the air flow continues its way to the pvc drop separators, which retain the moisture and ensure the return of dry air into the work environment. The dry air has to pass air diffusers which reduce the speed and turbulences of the air stream. Most of the captured dust is expelled as muddy water by a continuous water overflow.

How does it work?

Without doubt, the XAERO is one of the most innovative dust suction benches, equipped with a high-pressure fan of 5.5 kW.
It combines two different dry operating systems, a physical and a mechanical one:
10 cyclones abate most of the captured stone dust, they are maintenance free and do not wear out.
The remaining dust particles pass through dry filter cartridges as a further step of the abatement. Hydrò is an extremly simple way to collect, filter and to dehydrate mud which accumulates in the water pit when processing marble, granite and other stone materials.
The foldable bag support allows to install and to move the sludge dehydrator system to any place where it is convenient for you and does not require any fixed structure.
How does it work?
A stainless steel pump with a capacity of 200 l/min conveys the slurry water in a hydro-cyclone, which acts as the separating device: the water, which contains less heavy mud particles, leaves the cyclone on the top and is pushed back into the pit, where it exits under the pump to remove the mud from the bottom.
Mud and sludge are discharged directly in the filter bag placed under the cyclone (20 – 30 l/min): here the water drain out of the bag and the mud gets dry and hardens. Finally the bag can be easily disposed of.

Just Water 3.0 is a clarified water filtration unit composed of two filters, J and W.
The J filter is a 25 m3 mesh filter with an automatic rotary cleaning system.
Filter W refines the filtration process by retaining particles up to 5 m3.
Just Water 3.0 guarantees a constant, high-quality water flow to the CNC spindle units even during self-cleaning.
Who we designed it for:
