The water wall dust extractor has a double dust suction system. Outside there is a waterfall layer, generated to capture the heavier dust in suspension; inside there is another nozzle reduction system, needed for the complete dust removal of the suctioned air. Our suction cabin is designed for high performance and less maintenance. It is made of prime AISI 304 stainless steel. The MB water wall follows the guidelines of HSE Health and Safety Executive.

The operation and use of the MODULBOX MB system requires the operator to work in the front of the module, between the water layer and the linear vacuum opening. The dust produced is vacuumed by the fans through the opening located between the tank and the water layer. At first, part of the dust is reduced by the outer water layer while the rest is stopped by a water atomization system located inside the machine. The module also has a droplet separator that isolates the water atomization system from the suction unit, not allowing the water or dust to be discharged in the air. The purified air comes out from the top of the machine, allowing recirculation in the location. The water flow on the outer layer can be regulated using the gate valves while the flow of the inner water atomization system, for dust reduction, remains constant. It is also possible to access the machine for cleaning and routine maintenance of parts subject to saturation and inevitable wear. An additional fixed or mobile box of various dimensions with a frame in AISI 304 stainless steel and plexiglass panels can be applied to the front allowing the user to work even in areas subject to excessive turbulence. Whenever the laboratory ceiling is not higher than six metres, our anti-turbulence disperser called the PLENUM is recommended.

The DS model sludge bagger is a multi-bag sludge dehydrator. It resolves the problem of sludge disposal in compliance with current legislation. The sludge, which is decanted into special tanks, is sent through a submersible pump in the containment tank positioned in the upper part of the DS. At this point, the material is manually unloaded inside the filter bags, opening the gate valves located above each bag. The dehydration process lets the residual water ooze through the bag weave, compacting and solidifying the solid material inside the bag itself. Once saturated, the bag is removed from the frame and stored outside to then be disposed of as ordinary solid urban waste.

DUST EXTRACTION BENCHES for efficient dust suction

The stone* dust extraction benches represent a very efficient solution for stone fabricator shops.
All our dust benches are made of a sturdy non vibrating metal structure, carefully protected by ceramic and epoxy paint to ensure a long lifetime. The work surface is made up of strong and resistant timber planks.

XAGUA is a water-system suction bench for air cleaning, it uses the water to wet the stone* dust and ceramic dust
How does it work?
An impressive suction effect all over the perimeter of the XAGUA guides the stone* dust effectively inside the machine, where it is captured by nebulized water drops. The created air flow is forced several times to change direction and the centrifugal forces abate the muddy particles into the tank. Drop separators with lamellar structure inside the dust extraction bench retain the humidity inside. The continuous water overflow takes out the dirty water from the bench.
The compact and sturdy metal structure, protected by ceramic and epoxy paint, together with galvanized steel plates and the pvc drop separators assure a low sound pressure and the investment in the long term.

Conveyor belts or scre can be installed below the filter press to take away the dry cakes dropped at the end of the cycle.

It is possible to use different pumps, on the basis of the type of slurry and the average cycle time. The pumps normally used are centrifugal, single screw and diaphragm. The pressure can vary from 5-6 bar to 16 bar.

Hidroeco: mud dehydration machine entirely built in structural steel, thickness 5 mm with hot-dipped galvanizing for purification system with natural drop, with biodegradable bags, inexpensive and extremely practical for small/medium-sized companies. Complete with stainless steel submerged pump (450 l/min.), control panel for manual and automatic cycles with level probes. Supplied with a wheelbarrow for unloading bags, 100 tie-wraps and 100 bags. The system of the IDF 100 model allows the cleaning and recycling of waste water from the working processes such as cutting, profiling and finishing.

Super Compact: is the smallest (concerning capacity) plant for industrial water treatment plant of the COMPACT range.
This plant in addition to have all the characteristics of the compact plants, has so small overall dimensions that it can be installed in micro companies too.
It is equipped with decanter to clarify the water and filterpress for sludge dehydration, internal mixer for the sludge, oil station to close and open the filterpress, control board to manage and control equipped with PLC (touch screen) and remote control, flocculant station, filterpress feeding pump. The plant is completely hot galvanized for a long life in very hard working conditions.
