MATCH is a loading – unloading robot designed to handle stone slabs (marble, granite, or stone material). It can realize the “book match” process, reassembling them as they where before loading, without using rotating roller conveyor.
By using this robot on resin lines it is possible the direct loading of the slabs onto the trays. This option is extremely important in case of fragile or fractured material.
MATCH can be supplied with GRAB system which allows, in cooperation with suction cups, safe loading of travertine slabs and fragile materials.
MATCH for loading operation, (such as for all automatic Prometec loading machines), is equipped with a detaching device avoiding to load two or more “stuck” slabs. More over this machine uses, during the loading operation, a weighing system which reduces the risk for loading more than one slab at a time.
All the movements of MATCH are controlled by means of inverter and by encoder, therefore all movements are extremely smooth and exact. MATCH is a machine easy to set up for any kind of requirements by means of a wide colors touch screen.

MATCH 1200: standard model capable to serve most of processing line with needed speed and safety
MATCH 54: version with increased number of suction cups designed for fragile and delicate materials typical in resin lines
MATCH 80: version with maximum number of suction cups and twin vacuum pump for special materials and applications

Multiwire saw with a big multi-groove drum (2.35 mt diameter) on the motor side and twenty big independent tensioning flywheels (2 mt in diameter), each tensioned by the patented Multipull system to manage at best the cutting conditions and optimize the life of the diamond wires. The plant is complete with a multi-groove guide drum (0.6 mt diameter) on the tensioning side to ensure further cutting precision. The motor drum, the tensioning flywheels and the guide drum are covered with replaceable multi-groove bands. A robust structure, composed by two rectangular section vertical columns, having high resistance to bending and torsion, grants high rigidity and maximum precision. The typical thicknesses of the slabs can be adjusted quickly without moving the flywheels. A special automatic comb device prevents any slabs movements during the cutting operations, avoiding their breakage and facilitating the exit of the wires after each cut. The control panel includes a PLC that controls the block trolley displacement after each cut, allowing an automatic sequence of cutting cycles.

A unique and patented feature of the POLYONE series consists of a special wire winding geometry that allows two cuts in the block for each diamond wire. With the POLYONE 20 version it is therefore possible to obtain 20 cuts in the block with 10 wires to realize 1 cm thicknesses, 14 cuts of 2 cm with 7 wires, and 10 cuts of 3 cm with 5 wires.
The compactness of the machine and its geometry allow a minimum need of manpower for the management of the wires, an optimized use of the diamond wire for each material, the 50% reduction of the devices necessary for the management of the wires and a consequent reduction of the maintenance costs.
The thickness change is quick through the correct positioning of the wires in the grooves of the guide-drums.
The diameter of the tensioning flywheels and of the motor flywheels is 1 m, while four 40 cm diam. independent guide groups assure the support for the maximum precision in the 2 cutting phases for each diamond wire.
