HERSEN’s palletizing robots can automatically, programmatically load, unload, manipulate and flip porcelain, marble, granite, quartz, tile boxes, cement blocks or bricks. Design and manufacture according to the specifications of each client, can be integrated into one or more production lines. It is controlled by four Cartesian axes (X, Z, Y, C) and simple and intuitive user software.
They can be equipped with suction cups or mechanical grippers depending on the application and the product to be handled.

The palletizing robot equipped with a suction cup is designed to handle porcelain, marble, granite, quartz and solid surfaces. For example, they can automatically load large-format porcelain tables into horizontal drawers. Unload drawers horizontally and load tables vertically by positioning them on trestles.
Another example is the integration of the palletizing robot in cutting lines, polishing lines or resin lines for loading and unloading the tables.

– Movable frame, composed of a motorized carriage and a tilting table with a motorized roller frame and a set of vacuum equipment to activate the suction cups for receiving material, to collect the boards stacked in a semi-vertical position and deposit them on the rollers from the feeding table to the production unit. For feeding the boards stacked in a vertical position, it also has joints in the suction cups, activated by hydraulic cylinders to approach the boards in a vertical position and fold them down to deposit them on the roller table in the
loading position.
– Movable trolley on rolling tracks anchored to the ground to approach the material stowage units, with wheels driven by an electric gear motor.
– The programming and the sequence of work is done by selecting from the control panel. Smooth and precise movements thanks to the installation of frequency converters in the translation movement.

For the transport of heavy tonnage loads inside industries with one axle. These heavy duty trolleys, manufactured entirely by HERSEN, can withstand loads of up to 80 tons. They are certified and have successfully passed the relevant tests in technological institutes. The model shown in the photos (Ref 50458) corresponds to an example capable of transporting loads of up to 20 tons in very small spaces. The measurements of this particular unit are 3m x 2.6m. However, at HERSEN we design and tailor any order of this type to adapt at all times to the customer’s needs.Our range of industrial trailers is equipped with double wheels to distribute weight and improve safety. In addition, thanks to the rubber surface that each wheel has, they are designed to adapt to the irregularities of the ground and avoid vibrations on the load. The turning system allows each of the wheels to adapt independently to the necessary radius that each one must make to make the curve and stabilize the load. The steering has an advanced regulation system to maintain the alignment of the wheels and thus avoid their wear. The configuration of the rotating system of industrial trailers can be:
Simple System: With this system, the front wheels turn following the tiller.
The tiller is vertically flexed to accommodate different hitch heights on towing vehicles. The rudder has a support that is adjustable to be able to adjust the height.
On the other hand, the industrial trailer has safety bars, they are specially manufactured for heavy-duty trolleys, they protect the operator from falling boards during loading and unloading. It has several snap positions to insert the safety bars that adjust according to the number of boards that have been loaded.

Hersen Industrial Trailer
The HERSEN Industrial Trailer is a breakthrough in the logistics and transportation of heavy cargo in reduced spaces. These heavy cargo trolleys, made entirely by HERSEN, can support loads of up to 72 tons. They are certified and have passed all relevant tests in technological institutions.
The model shown in the photos (Ref 50458) shows an example capable of transporting cargo of up to 14 tonnes in very reduced spaces. The measurements of this particular unit are 3m x 2.6m. However, at HERSEN we design and custom-manufacture any request of this type to meet the client’s requirements.
Our range of industrial trailers comes equipped with double wheels to distribute the weight and increase safety. Additionally, the rubber surfaces on each wheel are designed to adapt to uneven floors, thus minimising vibrations on the load. The rotation system means that each of the wheels adapts to the radius required to manoevre the curve and stabilise the cargo. The steering has an advanced control system to maintain wheel alignment and thus avoid wear and tear.
The rotating system of industrial trailers can be:
Jumbo System: All the wheels can rotate conforming to the rotation of the pulling rudder to manoevre the curve. This facilitates manoeuvrability and reduces the space necessary to complete the turn. It is especially useful in premises where there is very limited space to manoeuvre.

As an option, it can be supplied with an independent 4-plate suction cup with battery and quick coupling to separate the suction cup from the robot. The suction cup, by remote control, can be operated to open and close and can be raised independently.

One-base Industrial Suction Pads
These are reduced-sized suction pads that have various loading capacities from 100 kg to 800 kg, suitable for smaller-sized pieces.
Their big advantage is that they facilitate and speed up the loading, unloading and handling of parts such as slabs, flooring, steps, cladding, kerbs, etc. Additionally, they can move pieces from a horizontal to a vertical position easily and securely, both manually and automatically.
This product improves the ergonomics of the marble worker, reducing muscle fatigue and strain from the effort involved in handling marble.
They can be installed on bridge-cranes, jib cranes, crane trucks and forklifts.

Two-base Industrial Suction Pads
Equipment with two-base industrial suction pads on a chassis or metal structure with loading capacities from 250 kg to 800 kg, suitable for longer pieces in order to prevent the product from bending and cracking.
Its great advantage is that it facilitates handling, loading and unloading long pieces such as kitchen worktops.
The two suction pads move independently of each other. Thus, the suction pads can be fixed onto the section of the piece you want, thus avoiding the parts where they cannot be attached, such as holes, gaps, recesses, etc.
Also, the chassis is made with a swing angle, with the aim of enabling you secure the suction pad on counter tops with “L” shaped parts, so that the suction pad fits the shape of these pieces and lifting the marble is made more secure and balanced.
The movement of counter tops from a horizontal to a vertical position is made easy, manually or with a valve.

-Electric 8-point vacuum: This option is recommended to be placed on overhead cranes. The abatement can be manual or motorized.

Equipped with three suction pads on a chassis or metal structure with a loading capacity of 250 kg up to 1000 kg.
These three-base suction pads lift, move, load and unload large or longer pieces of marble, like counter tops, large slabs or fragile and delicate materials. These are pieces which, in addition to the consideration of the weight to be lifted, need to be lifted from three different points in order to prevent the less stable parts of the piece from splitting, as can happen in cases where they are gripped at only one point. For example, on a kitchen worktop, where there is a gap, the sides are more fragile and thus it is difficult to lift the piece without splitting it. The three-base sucker pad makes it possible to lift the base by gripping various points without it splitting.
Thus, these industrial suction pads lift and handle the marble conveniently, safely and easily.
All the suction pads are independent from each other and so it is possible to move, omit or activate each suction pad according to the requirements of each job (for example, a gap).

Industrial vacuum load handlers allow lifting, turning and turning loads as diverse as bags, boxes, containers, drums, pallets, toilets, marble, porcelain and solid surfaces up to 265Kgs. Operation is intuitive, smooth and fast performing all the functions of grabbing the load, raising it, lowering and releasing the load from a single control, the manipulator handle.
Lifting is simple and safe, both for people and for the product. They can be installed to optimize any manufacturing and handling process, in logistics warehouses, for picking and order preparation. Its ergonomics, functionality and safety reduce effort and optimize productivity, reducing user fatigue and injuries.
How does the vacuum manipulator work?
The manipulator uses vacuum to hold and lift the load. The air is guided through a filter and an air pipe, to raise the lifting tube with which the manipulator is equipped. The vacuum within the lift tube is regulated from the manipulator’s control handle. This manipulator is where the suction unit is attached, which is the one that will be in contact with the material to be handled.
When the partial vacuum increases, the lift tube shrinks and lifts the load. When the partial vacuum is reduced, the lift tube is stretched, lowering the load. The sniffer keeps the load safely gripped until it reaches the ground. In the event of power loss or a power outage, a safety valve acts in such a way that the load descends in a smooth and controlled way to the ground.

What sipper to use?
We develop standard and special suction pumps on request, made to measure according to the type of load, weight, suction surface and the type of handling required for each product and application.

How is the vacuum generated?
The vacuum pump is what runs the entire system. The vacuum is generated by means of a high-performance, low-consumption vacuum motor-pump. This motor pump can be installed up to 30m away from the lifting point. A remote control can be installed to operate the pump without leaving the duty point.
Where to install the load handler?
They can be installed on our light profile jib cranes and overhead cranes. The overhead crane or jib crane supports the lifting equipment. We offer a wide range of lifting systems such as column cranes, jib cranes, light overhead cranes, suspension cranes, mono-rail cranes, low height cranes, Bridge cranes with frame structure. We provide from the design to the execution of the “turnkey” tailor-made project for the handling of almost any type of material.

The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of the work process, reduction of cycle times and efficient utilization of downtime. The reception suction cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 160 kg.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident. All machines and heads are equipped with an implantation system with centralized greasing for quick and easy maintenance.
In the electrical and control installation section, it is worth highlighting the implementation of state-of-the-art automatons with programs custom designed by our technical department, so that the programming of the machines is as simple as possible for the operators, avoiding thus wasting unnecessary time. The programming of the work cycle and the visualization of its sequence is carried out on two operator terminals with a screen, where all the work parameters are displayed, as well as the cutting cycles.
