H600-CP cross cutting machine allows multiple pass cutting of hard and thick material up to 100mm(or up to 200mm in the H600-L version), guaranteeing at the same time the possibility of single pas cutting.

This software allows to design the pieces to be profiled, to transfer the *.dxf files to the CNC, to define the parameters of cutting in each step of the cut (speed of cutting, speed of the wire, etc.) and to simulate the path of the wire during the cut.
· Once the profiling file has been input in the machine board, the operator will have the possibility of modifying parameters such as cutting speed, wire speed with a full system of security on possible water shortage, wire broken, wire short or any kind of failure the machine may have.
· The machine has an electric system for bringing closer the small guide wheels that allows the operator to adjust the cutting width until the one desired, reducing the arch value when cutting with diamond wire and thereby increasing its speed.
· The tensioning of the wire is made pneumatic and automatically with indication of wire breakage or shortage. One of the great advantages that we can highlight of the machines of this production line is that they are models with designs that have already been evaluated in their operation, and that they only differ from our series machines in their fundamental dimensions, but not in all the components that they incorporate. .

By means of the NDF-1289 automatic loading car (optional), we will feed the longitudinal cutter with the material coming from a stevedore, the boards are collected by this automatic feeder, through the use of suction cups connected to a vacuum pump that lowers them until put them in a horizontal position, prepared for their advance towards the cutting unit. The boards are picked up from the horizontal stacker and positioned waiting to enter the production line in
such a way that in successive boards the alignment is maintained and it is not necessary to adjust the starting point of the cutter.

The intermediate roller table constitutes the point of union between the feeding car and the longitudinal cutter. In addition, it acts as an intermediate warehouse so that the downtime of the cutting unit is minimal.
The longitudinal cutter with 5 heads on mobile bridge N.8000-L-5C and the transverse cutter with 7 heads N.8000-T-7C, are machines equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of their mechanical and electronic design. What stands out above all are the linear guide systems of the headstock bridge supported by two beams parallel to the cutting table, the first and perpendicular to the second, with precision linear guides and high-precision, high-rigidity recirculating ball slides, on the that it displaces, to carry out the cutting tasks. with recirculating ball nut, to be able to position very quickly. and precision, leaving the entire assembly perfectly protected by PVC bellows.
Head holders equipped with translation movement through a displacement motor reducer controlled by a frequency converter and a magnetic rule for positioning on the X axis, and a head driven by a spindle and an electric motor reducer for vertical positioning of the cut on the Z axis. The positioning of the heads is simultaneously thanks to the independent converters of each head.
The N.2304 cutting tables are built with a steel structure with a rectified upper plane, on which the motorized transport belt rests with a rubber-coated outer surface to prevent the displacement of the material during the cutting phase. A device to stop the stone, located on the table of the second crosscutter, allows to greatly reduce the times during the crosscutting process.
The table N.2590, located at the exit of the longitudinal cutter, has a system of physical stops, actuated pneumatically, that allows the selection of the strips that have been previously cut according to the width for their subsequent processing in the longitudinal cutter.
The second table N.2585 has a dragging device to join and align the strips prior to their processing in the transversal cutter, as well as the removal of longitudinal waste.
The unloading tables with band N.2426 have a frame built based on steel profiles with a transport band for unloading the cutting table, simultaneously, while the crosscutter already receives the next board and is ready to cut.
The Robot – Palletizer N-3530 (optional) with vacuum suction cup, is specially designed to perform automated palletizing tasks, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer palletizing, and offers multiple advantages, optimization of work process , reduction of cycle times and efficient use of downtime. The reception suction cup, of particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 120 Kgs.
Work areas are protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident.

The brushing and aging line is characterized by its versatility to achieve special finishes and finishes in marble, natural stone and compact surfaces. Achieving these finishes on the entire surface of the pieces, without breaking them or with a minimum of breaks is the purpose of this line. We can quickly transform materials according to the finish that is needed, raw materials, brushed, honed or aged. The planer has a system of planetary satellite dishes by means of a spindle, it synchronizes the translation movement of the bridge and the advance of the piece by the belt that allows to obtain the correct finish on the entire surface of the piece.

The dry marble extraction cabinets (without water curtain) are a great advance in the capture and elimination of dust in dry manufacturing processes.
It is a more comfortable alternative to maintain in front of the traditional water curtains. The water cabins need more maintenance and the periodic change of the filters, which ends up not being done after a period of time. This causes the filter to clog and not work properly. On the other hand, the water tank can cause problems for not cleaning them properly, such as legionella, etc.
Dry marble vacuuming has greater suction power, significantly reduces maintenance problems for water curtains, and does not have the problems derived from poorly recycled water or unchanged filters.
The dust is sucked in through the front holes of the booth by means of a powerful suction system. The dust is captured in the inner textile sleeves.
A programmable self-cleaning system causes a short reverse cycle to be generated and these textile sleeves vibrate and the dust falls by gravity to the lower drawers. These drawers are easily emptied when full.
They are manufactured in any size, depending on the number of operators who will work within them. For example, those of 2 and 3m would be for one person, 4m for two people, 6m for three people.

The sludge filtering equipment serves to filter and reduce the concentration of sludge in the basins that receive and store the water that the machines need to work.
The equipment carries the electrical panel to carry out the stops and starts based on the levels detected by the sensors that are installed in the basin and in the upper part of the equipment. In this way the pump starts or stops automatically, without the need to control the levels.
The suction pump is installed in the basin that receives the flow from the machines. From this position, the dirty water is pumped to the equipment which, by gravity, falls into the bags and a large part of the mud is retained. The cleanest water falls to the lower tray of the equipment and passes to the next basin destined to collect and store the clean water.

Hersen Industrial Trailer
The HERSEN Industrial Trailer is a breakthrough in the logistics and transportation of heavy cargo in reduced spaces. These heavy cargo trolleys, made entirely by HERSEN, can support loads of up to 72 tons. They are certified and have passed all relevant tests in technological institutions.
The model shown in the photos (Ref 50458) shows an example capable of transporting cargo of up to 14 tonnes in very reduced spaces. The measurements of this particular unit are 3m x 2.6m. However, at HERSEN we design and custom-manufacture any request of this type to meet the client’s requirements.
Our range of industrial trailers comes equipped with double wheels to distribute the weight and increase safety. Additionally, the rubber surfaces on each wheel are designed to adapt to uneven floors, thus minimising vibrations on the load. How does the vacuum manipulator work?
The manipulator uses vacuum to hold and lift the load. The air is guided through a filter and an air pipe, to raise the lifting tube with which the manipulator is equipped. The vacuum within the lift tube is regulated from the manipulator’s control handle. This manipulator is where the suction unit is attached, which is the one that will be in contact with the material to be handled.
When the partial vacuum increases, the lift tube shrinks and lifts the load. When the partial vacuum is reduced, the lift tube is stretched, lowering the load. The sniffer keeps the load safely gripped until it reaches the ground. In the event of power loss or a power outage, a safety valve acts in such a way that the load descends in a smooth and controlled way to the ground.

How is the vacuum generated?
The vacuum pump is what runs the entire system. The vacuum is generated by means of a high-performance, low-consumption vacuum motor-pump. This motor pump can be installed up to 30m away from the lifting point. A remote control can be installed to operate the pump without leaving the duty point.
Where to install the load handler?
They can be installed on our light profile jib cranes and overhead cranes. The overhead crane or jib crane supports the lifting equipment.
