Machinery Function Features
1. Gas is safer than explosives. It is not a civil explosive product, and transportation, storage, and use do not require approval.
2. There is no need for cumbersome procedures for the approval of explosives and strict supervision by the public security department.
3. There is no destructive vibration and short wave during the blasting process, the proportion of dust is reduced, and there is little impact on the surrounding environment.
4. It can be used in complex operating environments, such as coal mines and mines.
5. Carbon dioxide gas is easy to purchase, and some devices can be reused.
6. Multiple blasting cylinders can be connected in parallel at the same time, the blasting power is large, and the rocks after blasting are large.

CO2 rock-breaking system is a new type of rock-breaking equipment that can replace explosive blasting. There is no vibration, shock wave, open flame, or harmful gas during the construction of a CO2 rock-breaking system, which is very safe and convenient. And it can be reused, which significantly reduces the construction cost. The emergence of a CO2 rock-breaking system perfectly solves the problem of the prohibition of blasting in mines and rock excavation and the low efficiency of hydraulic breakers! It has been widely used in mining, quarrying, highway construction, construction foundations, tunnel excavation, and other fields.

How does it work:
Carbon dioxide gas blasting uses the principle of volume expansion of high-pressure carbon dioxide gas to break rocks.
01: Use a rock drill to drill a hole with a specified diameter and depth on the object to be blasted.
02: Put the Rilong brand rock blasting system into the hole and connect the line to the detonator.
03: The operator starts the detonator to blast according to the on-site conditions.
04: When the blasting is completed, remove the Rilong brand rock blasting system from the site.
05: Repeat the process until the entire structure is divided into sections, the sizes of which vary according to the operator’s needs and equipment, ready for dismantling and disposal.
