How does it work:
Carbon dioxide gas blasting uses the principle of volume expansion of high-pressure carbon dioxide gas to break rocks.
01: Use a rock drill to drill a hole with a specified diameter and depth on the object to be blasted.
02: Put the Rilong brand rock blasting system into the hole and connect the line to the detonator.
03: The operator starts the detonator to blast according to the on-site conditions.
04: When the blasting is completed, remove the Rilong brand rock blasting system from the site.
05: Repeat the process until the entire structure is divided into sections, the sizes of which vary according to the operator’s needs and equipment, ready for dismantling and disposal.

That can be powered either by tree phase 3 HP electric motor 220/380 Volts with reversing (Tiatano/E Model) or by compustion engine 5 HP and automatic adjuster (Titano/SC model) or by pneumatic motor 3.5 HP(Titani/PN). The unit is composed of: two jacks manufactured in specially treated stell whit chromed cylinder and complete with quick couplings, safety valves and limit switch; each jack ton pushing capacity.
