SandRob is a 7-axis robotic system able to perform surface finishing operations on complex shaped objects of any size.

MD DARIO placed on the market its latest innovation: the new diamond wire saw MDX on the 7-axis robotic arm.
The new MDX range uses a multi-tool robotic arm, which allows you to follow the main processing phases of the material: from shaping with diamond wire, to sanding, up to polishing.
In addition, it is possible to use the MDX for cutting with a diamond disc and for milling operations.
The new MDX range is an easy, flexible and above all totally automatic product. The system is integrated with an easy and intuitive software that allows you to import the drawings of the processes to be carried out directly from the CAD environments in various formats. Through a few easy steps, the processing steps to be carried out are selected. The software will then manage all the processes, allowing the operator to follow other tasks.
Cutting precision, greater productivity and greater safety are the features that distinguish the new MDX range: solutions that are nowadays required by all companies, starting from the small craftsman up to large industry.

Lapisystem with wire saw head
T&D Robotics has developed and patented the new wire saw application for the robot. Thanks to its ( also patented ) system of interchangeable flange, the robot can pick up whatever end effector he needs : electrospindle , disc , waterjet head , wire saw.
The wire saw application has been applied on the carving of a 120 tons block in Carrara at Company Tor Art , which long time partnership with T&D Robotics is proved by the 4 ( the fifth is coming ) robots in the company.

Cyberstone is the new generation robotized production system with 6/7/8 interpolated axes, designed to be a highly flexible tool for the performance of elements and objects of any size and material with heights up to 3300 mm. It is particularly suitable for sculptures, rectilinear, concave, convex, arched, elliptic shapes, single or incremental pass and excavations of two-dimensional and three-dimensional section blocks; it is also suitable for the execution of oblique, circular, elliptical cuts, inclined up to a thickness of 260 mm. Thanks to the rotating platform, it is possible to work the piece at 360 ° without moving or repositioning it for the working shots. Its mobile arm with 6 interpolated axes allows to perform 180 ° undercuts; the ISO 50 connection allows the use of diamond tools of different types, such as drills, grinding wheels, wheels for rebates, finger bits, shaping tips and cutting discs with diameter 650 or 850 mm.

This robot allows to make extremely precise finishing and to create sinks, tubs, tables, chairs, shower trays, vases, statues, columns and other architectural elements in general. CYBERSTONE meets the most demanding requirements, maximizes productivity, and, thanks to the numerous accessories, can be set up as a working center for single pieces of any size or for mass production.

Cyberstone CR01 is the optimal version to carry out complex large operations. The track motion allows to manage multiple work stations so making the machine extremely flexible. It can be combined with the fixed aluminum platform or the new Multiplate Revolver platform.

Robot for finishing and palletizing with articulated vacuum suction cup for granite curbs.

The Robot is specially designed to carry out automated tasks in the performance of curb finishing tasks, milling of edges or rounding, flaming of faces and their subsequent palletizing, based on the same operating principles applied in standard Nodosafer machining and palletizing, and offers multiple advantages: optimization of work processes, reduction of cycle times and efficient use of downtime, etc.
On the wrist of the Robot, a compact and specially designed head is implemented, on which the milling motor group is supported, the torch for flaming, as well as a suction cup for handling.
The reception suction cup, also of a particular design, is made up of a rectangular plate, capable of supporting horizontal loads of up to 160 kg.
The motorized belt table, located at the entrance of the Robot, constitutes the feeding point to the treatment unit. In addition, it acts as an intermediate warehouse to guarantee the fluidity of the work cycle and minimize downtime for the entire line. It basically consists of a frame based on steel profiles on which the roller shafts rest.
All the wheels are frictioned to thus facilitate the synchronism of the advancement speeds of the tiles throughout the line.
A double device for bumping and squaring located on the band table, allows the positioning and control of the curbs before they are received by the robot.
The turning table for the elaboration of the curbs is located in the work area of ​​the robot and allows to greatly reduce the time during the elaboration process.
The work area is protected, limiting access to risk areas by means of protection fences and photocells, to avoid any risk of accident.
The programming and the work sequence is variable and parameterizable, it is done by selecting from the control panel.
