CUTLINES are lines for the continuous cutting of marble and granite slabs into elements with predetermined dimensions.
CUTLINES allow a high production capacity processing. Each slab is individually processed and cut according to the customer’s needs, to its size and to the possible slab natural flaws to be eliminated.
The lines can be tailored on customer’s requirements as what concerns:
. type of material
. slabs maximum thickness
. formats maximum width size
. required production capacity
. required automation level
. available area for the installation.
The formats are controlled during the final stage of the line where they are dried and selected for packaging.
CUTLINES comprise two main machines, the multi-disc longitudinal cutting machine to perform longitudinal cuts and the multi-disc cross cutting machine to perform transversal cuts.
CUTLINES are fed and connected through various auxiliary equipment that provide for automatic lines continuous operations.

This machine has been designed as a longitudinal cutting machine for thick slabs of marble or granite, wide up to 2200 mm. The TLS 2200 machine is available in the sequential or simultaneous version up to 9 spindles. It is equipped with very powerful motors(15 kW) that can cut very deeply in a single pass, up to 50 mm on granite and 150 mm on marble.
