OZKKM 700/500 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 700 mm for the AQUILA 700, diameter of 500 mm for the AQUILA 500. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. OZKKM FORNAX is a 5-axis monoblock bridge saw machine that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allows every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of FORNAX is monoblock, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monoblock configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being performed.
OZKKM FORNAX is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machine, both have technical solutions of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time forplacing or returning to cut start).
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate disks up to a diameter of 900 mm and ½” gas thread tools. It also warrants the choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center to reduce the efforts on the axis to zero for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc can be arranged automatically from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be tilted up to 80 ° by a hydraulic piston to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces.

Bridge saw CAT. 625 model 3C: machine with 3 linear axes X (trolley), Y (bridge), Z (head), simple and sturdy with two-beam bridge, designed and manufactured to satisfy the most demanding companies in the stone machining sector for traditional cutting and shaping. Suitable for manual, semi-automatic and automatic machining work with latest-generation "SIPRO siax150" numerical control. The work bench is sturdy and heavy and can be rotated 360° manually (automatically as optional) with a precision bearing. It can be tipped with a hydraulic piston to facilitate slab loading procedures. The bench can be locked in fixed positions at 0°, +45°, -45° and +90°, with an optional of another positions every 45° while out of square in all 360° of rotation. The disc holder head is fast and precise for cutting machining work and can be inclined manually using the handwheel, lockable from 0° to 90° in any position.
This machine is been studied to work with increased disks (optional additional bonnet).

CAT. 625 model 3C: provided of disk bonnet diam. 625mm (optional 725mm) axes run Z of 420mm.
CAT. 625 model 4C: provided of automatic bench.

The diamond blade circular saw can be used on most types of granite. The wet cut circular saw produces less dust during cutting, making it the best option for cutting granite tiles.

The high pressure water jet combined with the CNC cutting table is particularly useful for cutting stones such as marble and granite. Other materials that the waterjet cutter can cut include glass, ceramic tile and concrete bricks, etc.
