The machine structure is made of two columns strongly fixed to foundations and one connecting transversal beam built in large thickness normalized steel work. Sliders vertical movement is driven through synchronized precision screws, coupled with nuts with anti_drop system and equipped with wear and tear control device. One slider supports both the main motor controlled by inverter and the big wheel which drives the diamond wire.
