Monowire Block Cutting Machine

Monowire is a cutting machine for ornamental stone diamond wire that has as main purpose the preparation of the raw material extracted crude for further processing. For the same reason, it is prepared to process large blocks and can run sheet for sawing or polishing disc by cutting, or simply hit blocks for mills strip or multiwire.
One of the main advantages of the diamond wire cutting, in addition to smoothness and low power consumption, is precisely cut large floor area, far superior to any disc machine. In normal operation is expected yields in the order of 2,8m2 / h granite (with level. Descending = 80cm / h) or 7m2 / h marble (with level. Descending = 2m / h). The ceilings will always be dependent on diamond wire and type of stone to be cut.
Monowire MF / MFC
When the machine is fixed and is the table to move the stone to the cutting zone, the machine has the MF designation. Such monofilament was thought to work one stone block at a time. In the case of MFC it is possible to position several blocks on the ground with the wire to move along the rails. The length of the rails is variable depending on customer requirements, which may also contain one or more fixed tables (with or without rotation) to work in smaller blocks.
In the case of MFC monowire Copier, in addition to all the advantages presented by the MFC, there is also the ability to draw up detailed work on the wire cut according to a predetermined design. This option does not prejudge the cutting plates or blocks, as the mechanical system developed for the copy system is easily and quickly disabled, as you can see in the pictures below

The up and down movements of the cutting system moving on the columns can be adjusted via the inverter.
Our machine with PLC module has 3 axes, CNC module machine has 4 axes.
Stress relieved strong chassis and 4 wheels with servo-controlled wagon movements allow us best cutting accuracy.
Programming can be done to get slices of different thicknesses from the same stone.
Since the positioning of the wagon & diamond wire is done electronically by laser, there will not be angular defect at the final product.
99 different cutting recipes can be saved in the program.
Simple user-friendly automation software is used.
The screen is touch-screen and shows the cutting axis and level to assists the operator.
It is painted with epoxy paint after sandblasting to prolong the life of our machine, which is exposed to high amount of corrosion.
Chain rotation is provided on special alloy 7000 series aluminum pulleys.
As a security measure; if the wire breaks, a special sensor connected to the tension roller will stop the machine immediately.

Machine used to square blocks and cut slabs (even thick slabs) of granite by means of a diamond wire.



Machine for squaring blocks and cutting slabs and thick slabs, featuring a heavy-duty, arc-welded steel structure, which is heat treated to ensure the required stiffness of the system and a top cutting precision.



Extremely user-friendly, the machine is provided with a control console with touch-screen housed in the electric cabinet and a mobile button panel to actuate the main working axes.



It is provided with a 1.000 mm Ø driving pulley actuated by an inverter controlled asynchronous motor that optimizes the wire peripheral speed in accordance with the material to be sawn.



A driven pulley with the same diameter is constantly kept under tension by a pneumatic cylinder thus giving the wire the ideal tension. The assembly is complemented by two independent 1.000 mm Ø driven pulleys, and two wire driving pulleys installed next to the points where the wire gets into, and comes out from, the block to be sawn.

EASYWIRE 4WD - MONOWIRE MACHINE



Machine used to square blocks and cut slabs (even thick slabs) of granite by means of a diamond wire. Conforming to the 2006/42/CE Machinery Directive.



MACHINE STRUCTURE, MECHANISMS AND DIAMOND WIRE TENSIONING



- Heavy-duty, heat treated arc-welded steel structure ensuring the maximum stiffness of the system and cutting precision of the machine.



- The machine structure slides on rails by means of two asynchronous motors, which transmit the motion to pinions meshing racks through reduction gears.



- 2 opposite carts, which slide vertically on the columns of the support structure for the vertical motion of the cutting wire. The carts support the components for the wire motion and stretching, and are moved vertically by screw/nut screw mechanisms, which are controlled by asynchronous motor.

Monowire Roller has the function of trimming blocks with diamond wire and cutting slabs of variable thickness. Programmable to cut several measures in the same block or in several blocks in a row placed in line.
Data management and memorization.

SIMECWIRE/01 –MOB, besides having the same characteristics of the stationary version, it has the possibility to translate on tracks, thus turning out to be especially suitable to cut slabs. The transmission of the movement on tracks is obtained by a precise pinion-rack system controlled by brushless motors and encoders on both sides, as it takes place on the most precise tool machines. For squaring blocks, the machine can be equipped with a rotating trolley.
