GEKO is an automatic loader/unloader perfect for the automation of marble and granite processing lines. GEKO loads the slabs directly from the storage and places it on the motorized roller conveyor that feeds the processing line, allowing the “Book Match” processing. GEKO is operated by a CNC system and the motion is generated by brushless motors; the suction cups panel is able to perform rotations over 180 degrees.
GEKO is equipped with a motorized roller conveyor. This machine adopt some particular mechanical solutions, like linear roller guides and 49 anodized aluminum suction cups divided in 5 groups, and its functioning can be programmed with the integrated touch screen through a simple interface. SOLVER is a an automatic loading carriage with titling table.
Its main feature is a frame equipped with 18 or 21 suction cups that have been placed optimizing the surface coverage of the slabs to load.
The suction cups frame is also equipped with its own hydraulic or pneumatic movement able to roto- translate the slab towards the roller table. This movement, called “leaf”, has been designed to allow the slab to be detached from the next one and can be excluded by operator terminal.
This carriage is supplied with touch screen control panel to set up all parameters. An ultra sonic sensor is detecting the carriage positioning. The carriage is moved by means gearmotor, inverter controlled, for a precise and delicate loading of slabs.
The automatic operation of the carriage runs by means of sensors: they check the position of the machine, the presence or absence of slab and the connection with the roller conveyor.
All these operations are stood over by means of last generation PLC system.
SOLVER carriage is available with increased payload of 1,500 kg or 2,500 kg.
It is also available the model equipped with rotating suction cups frame to operate lines where the slab supports are placed onto their own axe.

However, at HERSEN we design and tailor any order of this type to adapt at all times to the customer’s needs.Our range of industrial trailers is equipped with double wheels to distribute weight and improve safety. In addition, thanks to the rubber surface that each wheel has, they are designed to adapt to the irregularities of the ground and avoid vibrations on the load. The turning system allows each of the wheels to adapt independently to the necessary radius that each one must make to make the curve and stabilize the load. The steering has an advanced regulation system to maintain the alignment of the wheels and thus avoid their wear. The configuration of the rotating system of industrial trailers can be:
Simple System: With this system, the front wheels turn following the tiller.
The tiller is vertically flexed to accommodate different hitch heights on towing vehicles. The rudder has a support that is adjustable to be able to adjust the height.
On the other hand, the industrial trailer has safety bars, they are specially manufactured for heavy-duty trolleys, they protect the operator from falling boards during loading and unloading. It has several snap positions to insert the safety bars that adjust according to the number of boards that have been loaded.
