N° 1 Rectifying spindle assembled on an horizontal axis with manual positioning. The spindle can rectify on the edge 3 mm on a maximum thickness of 4 cm.

In brief Primus makes an art of essentiality. The cut is possible through a supersonic jet, that is obtained by concentrating through a suitably calibrated hole, a water flow with the pressure about 413,7 Mpa (about 60.000 psi) that produces a coherent jet of water projected at almost three times the speed of sound (810 m/s). The jet can be added with abrasive, according to the materials to be cut and is directed against the surface of the work-piece and it is able to separate the parts by means of dual action: erosion and abrasion combined.
The enhancement of the water pressure is realized by specific hydraulically- driven volumetric pump, called ultra high pressure intensifier that determines the cut potential of the system.

The ALEXIA automates the cutting, drilling and polishing of sink cutouts and is the ultimate answer to affordable stone processing without compromising on quality. The machine has automatic tool changing with 23 stations.
The Best feature of the ALEXIA is its user-friendly interface, the Software has been designed for MS Windows and is intuitive and simple to use. It is pre-loaded with common sink templates listed by brands including Oliveri, Franke, Clark and Blanco. Further other sinks sizes and shapes can be easily created using the parametric section extending the machine's cutting capabilities.
The ALEXIA has the ability to connect directly to the internet which allows our office to log into your machine and help you with further training and troubleshooting. Another key feature is its small footprint taking up minimal area in the workshop.
Flat drain boards can be programmed in relation to the sink cut-outs selected. The length, width and radii adjusted relatively to the chosen sink cut out as well as the depth of recess.
Inclined drain grooves can be cut either onto the bench top or incorporated into the polished flat drain board. The width of the grooves are dictated by the tooling selected. The length is inputted on 'grooving' selections and is in relation to and in proportion with, the centre of the sink cut out.
In addition to this the Alexia can also perform edge profile work ( eg. Lambstongue, bullnose etc.) subject to tools selected .These can be supplied at additional cost to standard tooling provided.
