Equipped with three suction pads on a chassis or metal structure with a loading capacity of 250 kg up to 1000 kg.
These three-base suction pads lift, move, load and unload large or longer pieces of marble, like counter tops, large slabs or fragile and delicate materials. These are pieces which, in addition to the consideration of the weight to be lifted, need to be lifted from three different points in order to prevent the less stable parts of the piece from splitting, as can happen in cases where they are gripped at only one point. For example, on a kitchen worktop, where there is a gap, the sides are more fragile and thus it is difficult to lift the piece without splitting it. The three-base sucker pad makes it possible to lift the base by gripping various points without it splitting.
Thus, these industrial suction pads lift and handle the marble conveniently, safely and easily.
All the suction pads are independent from each other and so it is possible to move, omit or activate each suction pad according to the requirements of each job (for example, a gap).
The movement of counter tops from a horizontal to a vertical position is made easy, either manually or using a valve.
The three-base suction pads improve the ergonomics of the marble worker, reducing muscle fatigue and strain from the effort involved in handling marble.
They can be installed on bridge-cranes, jib cranes, crane trucks and forklifts.
They can be operated using compressed air (venturi) or vacuum pump.

Industrial vacuum load handlers allow lifting, turning and turning loads as diverse as bags, boxes, containers, drums, pallets, toilets, marble, porcelain and solid surfaces up to 265Kgs. Operation is intuitive, smooth and fast performing all the functions of grabbing the load, raising it, lowering and releasing the load from a single control, the manipulator handle.
Lifting is simple and safe, both for people and for the product. They can be installed to optimize any manufacturing and handling process, in logistics warehouses, for picking and order preparation. Its ergonomics, functionality and safety reduce effort and optimize productivity, reducing user fatigue and injuries.
How does the vacuum manipulator work?
The manipulator uses vacuum to hold and lift the load. The air is guided through a filter and an air pipe, to raise the lifting tube with which the manipulator is equipped. The vacuum within the lift tube is regulated from the manipulator’s control handle. This manipulator is where the suction unit is attached, which is the one that will be in contact with the material to be handled.
When the partial vacuum increases, the lift tube shrinks and lifts the load. When the partial vacuum is reduced, the lift tube is stretched, lowering the load. The sniffer keeps the load safely gripped until it reaches the ground. In the event of power loss or a power outage, a safety valve acts in such a way that the load descends in a smooth and controlled way to the ground.

What sipper to use?
We develop standard and special suction pumps on request, made to measure according to the type of load, weight, suction surface and the type of handling required for each product and application.

How is the vacuum generated?
The vacuum pump is what runs the entire system. The vacuum is generated by means of a high-performance, low-consumption vacuum motor-pump. This motor pump can be installed up to 30m away from the lifting point. A remote control can be installed to operate the pump without leaving the duty point.
Where to install the load handler?
They can be installed on our light profile jib cranes and overhead cranes. The overhead crane or jib crane supports the lifting equipment. We offer a wide range of lifting systems such as column cranes, jib cranes, light overhead cranes, suspension cranes, mono-rail cranes, low height cranes, Bridge cranes with frame structure. Vertical and horizontal strokes are driven through inverter controlled gear-motors, equipped with encoder, that ensure extremely smooth and precise movements and enable fragile material processing. Automatic loader works as well as in case of wet strips since it can be equipped with the strips separator that pushes away the strip eventually attached to the one being processed. Sucker plate 90° degree rotation and the strips separatorare actuated through pneumatic systems.
M301 can be used as unloader that picks up strips in horizontal position onto a motorized roller bench and deposit them on pallet in the vertical position. The automatic loader is also made in the M312 version equipped with rotating platform, that allows for empty pallet replacement with no line stop, and in the versions àthat allow loader positioning in front or aside the line. The machine is also manufactured in the version with two sucker plates that is used as strips overturner in lines that process resin reinforced or embellished materials.
The large size electric panel is water and dust proof incompliance with IP 54 standards. The control panel withkey board for programming the work parameters isembodied into the electric panel. All components have undergone structural inspectionthrough the FEM (Finite Element Method), their precisionensures machine geometry and easy and correct in locoassembly.
