The quality control vision system automates the selection of tiles leaving the kiln or discharge box managing sorting in real time with:
self-learning programs: the machine sets acceptability levels autonomously
automatic shade detector: every parameter self-calibrates and is continuously controlled
management software: the system creates a precious archive of information and statistics to compare the new productions with past ones

The color detection system, completely independent of the system for the detection of defects, reveals problems regarding shade, thanks to the use of independent lighting units that makes it possible to analyze complex tones in which elements relating to the base, the grain, the distribution of color and the shininess of the surface.
Qualitron suggests to the user which parameters to use in order to make the best choice between two possible shades.

QUALITRON XXL
Qualitron XXL is the vision system developed specially for the quality control of large ceramic surfaces. The entire system is able to check down to the smallest details both the surface structure and the decoration of slabs of large dimensions and their smaller sub-formats. A special micrometric positioning system permits perfect alignment of the system to the various thicknesses of the slabs.

Creavision e-View is the vision and self-regulation accessory for digital printing. It controls the exact position of the tile on the belt for the correct repositioning of the graphic image to be printed.

A NEW VIDEO CAMERA SYSTEM FOR EXTENSIVE VISION
Creavision e-View uses a new sophisticated set-up of latest-generation video cameras. These make it possible to frame the whole width of the belt and perfectly detect the entire surface of the input piece. The position of the tile is, therefore, determined with utmost precision; this information is transmitted in real time to Creadigit Infinity which is able to roto-translate the graphics and avoid printing imprecisions.

Apart from the latest-generation video cameras, there is another advantage that makes Creavision e-View a precise, rapid and effective vision tool: the video cameras are now fixed and do not require mechanical adjustment for any format changes.
Why Creavision e-View?
Less ink dispersion: printing is only performed on the surface of the tile, thereby ensuring that the ink used corresponds exactly to what is needed for the decoration of every single tile.
Less maintenance and machine always clean: Creavision e-View makes it possible to print perfectly and centrally on the tile; the belt remains clean for the entire production cycle and the efficiency of the decoration process is guaranteed.
