It is a fully automatic block cutting machine designed to transform marble blocks into strips of desired thickness and height.
Automation makes the machine easy to use and increases its productivity and accuracy since the operator's skill level and qualification have no influence on the cutting process or on the precision of the machine. When there are specific requirements, the machine can be operated in manual mode.
It has a two-step digital programmable electronic controller with deceleration for very high slab thickness precision. Slab thickness accuracy is ensured by a split bronze half nut which compensates for wear.
Inserted bronze half nuts allow quick, easy and inexpensive replacement of worn half nuts.
The replacement of slide ways is quick and inexpensive and the variable delivery pump enables energy saving.
The machine is equipped with a pressure controller for water and a load meter that detects load on the spindle drive motor.
The machine's heavy-duty horizontal spindle is supported by two spherical roller bearings.
The SNM-TB occupies less space than rival block cutting machines and it is provided with an automatic slab unloading system which enables to eliminate dead times due unloading operations by the operator. Furthermore, the unloading system allows to horizontally unload the slab directly on the following machine without any lateral movement.

Our ST machine, which does not vibrate during cutting with its solid steel chassis structure and performs vertical and horizontal precision linear cutting in PLC automation logic, is a patented design due to its chamfering specification.
Our ST block cutting machine is manufactured using very strong steel material in order to achieve cutting precision in saw moving directions.
Therefore, this machine, which works at high speed, does not have a vibration problem, its saw life is longer than our competitors.
In addition to making vertical and horizontal precise cutting with PLC automation system, it makes chamfering at exactly 45 °. The operator can change the angle from screen if he wishes.
The movement of the bridge on the chassis and the movement of the cutting group on the bridge are provided by first-class friction resistant bronze slides and rack gears.
The rotation speeds of the vertical saws (first saw 800 – the next 1200mm, so 400mm difference) work at different speeds considering the diameter variation.
The rotation speeds of the horizontal saws are the same. Due to horizontal saws move one after another, the life of the saws are much longer and provides an advantage for mass production.

CTX GRANİTE CUTTING CENTER
The CTX 1203-40 G is a granite block cutting machine, the contents of which are highly technological and innovative, permitting to achieve in real terms.
The bridge is made of electro welded steel construction in order to avoid resonance during the working phase of the discs.
The machine assembly is composed of the fallowing major components:
-One disc holder trolley
-One main bridge
-Two cross beams
-Four columns
The block is located stationary below the machine ,The machine performs all the processing movements.
The disc holder trolley and the spindle housing are built in one solid, completely machined, welded steel frame.
A large hinged door, mounted on one side of the disc holder trolley, permits easy access to the disc housing for vertical discs replacement.
Two V shaped guides situated on the main bridge guides the movement of the disc holder trolley along the main bridge.
Two interchangeable bronze alloyed cushions, made of antifriction metal, are mounted between disc holder trolley sliding surfaces and V shaped guides.
Zero-clearance in the V shaped guides and two preloaded roller system provide continuous, precise, forced contact between the discs holder trolley and the main bridge. This guarantees perfect vertical discs performances.
Four very strong and heavy columns guide the vertical movements of the cross beams/main bridge assembly.
The guides for the vertical movements, positioned on the four columns, are completely machined and protected by labyrinth-type fixed covers.
The vertical displacement are driven by four precision screws mounted on the columns and by four lead nuts mounted on the cross beams. The rotation of the screws is synchronized with three connecting shafts.
The vertical displacement screws rotation axis is controlled by a position encoder connected to the PLC to permit programming of the vertical displacements directly from the main electric panel.
The working cycles are completely automatic. The sequence of the processing operations can be programmed in accordance with every requirement for granite cutting.
The machine is controlled by Programmable Logic Control units (PLC) and all the working parameters are visualized on 10 inch color touch screen control panel. The main motor is 160kw and driven by electronic frequency inverter so the speed can be adjusted according to the material and different size of discs.
The machine has pendulum cutting system that the discs can not impact to the block directly. When they start to cut the discs perform the cutting inside the stone. The discs cooling water feed is controlled by a safety sensor, which causes the machine to stop in case of water pressure drop. The working parameters and the diagnostics are visualized on the display.
The machine painted surfaces were treated with the fallowing painting procedure: sand-blasting, surfacing, double layer of bi-component epoxy primer, double layer of polyurethane enamel.
