Machinery Function Features
The PC Filter Press is designed for short-term muds dehydration, separating solids and forming dry and compact panels with a maximum residual humidity of 20%.
We produce different models, from 5 to 12 compressed plates (size 500 × 500 mm), according to each individual need required.
Based on the required capacities, to the plant is integrated a decanting system (silos) suitable to the plant, flocculant system, extra muds mixer, in addition to all the necessary components for the regular operation.
It has a compact structure with Silos in stainless steel AISI-304/316, and the remaining iron structures with heavy galvanized carpentry; the entire plant is customizable for every request and need by an individual design.
The plant is of high ecological impact thanks to an high purification for each types of muds, by a low maintenance.
