Worktable and undertable:
Seasoned cast iron made with inner stiffening ribs to grant maximum rigidity. Cast iron supports are assembled on the worktable and are provided with wheels sliding on protected ground ways. The cast iron ways are supplied with steel guard to avoid water and mud infiltration.
Worktable control:
Manually: by cast iron handwheel located at table and to make work easier and for a full use of table lenght.
The table slides thanks to proper racks avoiding the table slipping and permitting full motor power.
The rack is well protected by suitable guards. One hand lever brake of simple use can lock the table at any position. Automatic: By hydraulic cylinder with adjustable working speed device (HP 3 motor) from control board.
Spindle:
Located on machine beam, is cast iron made to guarantee best diamond disc/wheel performances, Its rational frame allows easy manual tilting operation for inclined cuts.
The spindle shaft is housed in rotating group and turns on proper bearings eliminating any vibration. The coupling between shaft and motor is performed by "V" belts.
Column and arm:
Cast iron made single pieces to grant max, stoutness.
Column control:
Manually: By hand winch actioning screw and bronze lead nut.
Motorized: By 1,5 HP motor that can be operated from control board.
Arm control:
Manually: By hand winch actioning screw and bronze lead nut.
Motorized: By 0,5 HP motor that can be operated from control board.The automatic type will be supplied with separate electric box, movable pendant control board at low electric tension and hydraulic central unit.
