A hammer crusher from the high-performance series is a machine designed for medium and fine-grained crushing of materials of various hardness (for stone, e.g. sandstone - basalt), including recycled waste (for aluminum, electronic equipment). In principle, the impact is the most important for the operation of the hammer crusher. Inside the crushing chamber there is a rotor to which hammers are attached. Falling fragments are hit by them, which changes the direction of their fall. This is to maximize the force with which they collide with the plates on the swinging beams. Then it goes to further, mutual collisions, thanks to which an even greater fragmentation is achieved.

Due to its properties, the hammer crusher is often used in mining and aggregate mines, especially for stone. It is also often used where recycling is important for entrepreneurs - during demolition works or in scrap yards. The most frequently processed materials include:

Hammer crushers with horizontal action have the ability to regulate the obtained fraction of goods by using a transverse grate at the material outlet. Thanks to this, you have full control over the obtained fraction of the finished material. Machines designed for crushing materials with a moisture content of up to 15%!
Vertical action hammer crushers are characterized by crushing the material to fractions below 1 mm. The characteristics of the machine and the lack of the use of a grate / sieve allow for crushing materials with increased humidity, with the possibility of wet crushing (feeding a stream of water along with the material to be crushed).
In all types of hammer crushers, the internal walls and hammers are made of high-quality and wear-resistant manganese steel, which makes the use of the machines effective, long-lasting and economical.
