1. The unwinding, rewinding, wire arranging, spindle operation, cutting line tension and worktable feed are all driven and controlled by servo motors.
2. The tension control of the supply and collection lines adopts a closed-loop feedback control method, ensuring a constant cutting line tension during the cutting process.
3. Simultaneously equipped with tension warning function, effectively avoiding wire breakage caused by abnormal tension fluctuations.
4. The cutting line speed is stable at 1600m/min ,and the maximum tension reaches 500N, greatly improving the cutting speed and increasing processing efficiency. It can also process light luxury stone varieties, making the types of stone processed by the equipment more diverse.
