Quartzite Splitting Machine in Lebanon

This machine splits the tile into 2 parts. We put the tile in horizontal way on the belt, and we specify the thickness of horizontal split. We must regulate the thickness manually by moving the head of the disk up and down. It has 2 horizontal heads. The belt is controlled by an inverter.

The Sn-Sm produces split-face tiles made of marble, stone or granite. It can be used to process all the waste generated by other machines.
A hydraulic piston controls the moving horizontal blade that splits the stone. It is monitored thought an electric panel that sends signals to the solenoid valves.
The supports of the two blades are 100% symmetrical because they are CNC machined. Therefore, stones are perfectly split without breaking.
The speed and pressure can be adjusted depending on the type of work piece being processed.
The SN-SM has a very high productivity and its only wear items are the blades.
