Machinery Function Features
* The machine is built with electro-welded machined steel that garantees precision, toughness and durability.
* Electric direct motor with smooth start of the main wheel through inverter allowing to increase progressively the wire speed and to tune the lineal speed of the wire.
* Motorized rotation of the main wheel head 180º
* Security system that stops the machine in case of problems (wire breakage, overload on the main motor, etc.).
* Wheel drive Ø400 mm that guarantees a good transmission of the power to the wire.
* Automatic electronic tuning of the tension of the diamond wire in order to get the maximum performance at any time of the cutting process
