Cheap to install and easy to use: for marble and granite and similar stones.
Construction built in cast iron for stability, low resonance and durability.
Motor of reduced dimensions co-axial with blade. Possibility to install electronic speed control to obtain every needed revolution speed.
Blade holder slide electrically powered on bearings; guides well-protected from water and dust.
Electric bridge translation on sliding rails protected by stanless steel guards.
Mono-axial positioning for bridge translation with encoder.
Vertical movement of head with self-braking motor on prismatic guides, controlled by encoder.
Manual rotating table, can be blocked in any position 0°-360° by pneumatic brakes, rotation degrees visualized in the control panel.
Manual tilting head from 0° to 90° to cut marble and granite even in short passes.
Mobile control panel displays bridge translation measurements, manual commands for forward/backward movements of the bridge, up/down movement of the head. Control panel can be moved inside work area when machine stopped.
Separate potentiometer for left/right slide speed and operational controls.
Electric box positioned on right site and floor level of the machine. Electric box IP55 proctin class with main command on the front.

MAIN MACHINE FUNCTIONS:
The programming of lateral movements of 99 cutting dimensions, repeatable 99 times.
The possibility of programming single passages (marble) or incremental passages (granite) directly from the keyboard, plus that of the total sheet thickness.
Displaying the quotas of the three axes (cut-return; left-right and up-down) and the possibility of the semi-automatic movement of the same.
Linear profiling can be programmed directly on the control panel
