QUICK-450/600 Bridge Cutting Machine

QUICK-450/600 uses PLC system and Human-machine interface, combined with Ultra-high precision rotary encoder to locate and infrared device. The machine uses inverter to control left-right feeding and with the structure optimization and upgrading, the left- right feeding speed is greatly increased,which improving the production capacity. It uses the hydraulic system for up-down lifting and with combination of Chrome-plated guide pin and wearle guide bush, thus the gap is small, machine is wearable and accurate. The spindle box also optimized and upgrade, high RPM is compatible; The main spare parts adopt imported good-quality spare parts. Thus the whole machine is featured as high cutting efficiency, high cutting precision, high stability, easy–operating to suit specially cutting granite, marble and sintered stone.
