DudarecMasonry has formed in July 2011. This Australian own and operated company is a consequential result of 25 years of methodically obtained comprehensive training and up to date knowledge of the proprietor. Michael Dudarec learns the basic of the profession through 4 years of apprenticeships that started in 1988 after having been awarded 18 months credit from the apprenticeship board for advanced recognition. Since then Michael Dudarec gradually build his experience in Stone Masonry by successfully accomplishing every single step of this Hands-on training. Through those intensive tasks he has learn how to obtain a desired shape of the rock from the earth by intentional and directional splitting and shaping of stone as per architect or/and clients direction of specifications. Moreover Michael Dudarec has learned how cut and carve raw rocks into desired sizes and shapes by using traditional and modern day methods and then arranging the resulting stones to form required structures. As his knowledge has grown so has grown the experience and ability to create more involved design that have his creations from been a craft of the Stone Masonry to become an art of the Stone Masonry. As a culmination of this continuous comprehensive training Michael Dudarec becomes a skilled and competent Stone Mason that is able to carry out all of the various branches of stonemasonry
