Company Description
Jaimie Cookson, owner and Director of RJC Stonemasons Pty Ltd was born and raised in Manchester, England. Jaimie carried out a City and Guilds in Stonemasonry and Monumental Masonry. Jaimie immigrated to Australia in 1997 and worked for various stonemasonry companies in and around NSW. Jaimie worked as a Stonemason Supervisor in the banker shop where his role was to carry out measurements, making templates, carving mouldings and overseeing other masons. Whilst working for other companies, the projects he worked on were:

Jaimie decided to pursue his career in stonemasonry and decided to set up RJC Stonemasons in 2006.
RJC Stonemasons is a privately owned company with experience in both commercial and domestic construction and heritage restoration works. Our range of work spans the spectrum from the small-scale domestic to multi-million dollar commercial and government projects.
RJC's principal business is the restoration of sandstone and to bring it back to life. We also undertake many other aspects of stone work which include walling, repointing, carving, cladding and paving.
RJC Stonemasons also undertakes all aspects of concrete and masonry works. We take great pride in our work and bring true workmanship to light in every job we do, whether it be stone work, masonry or concrete. Our teams have a wide spectrum of knowledge over all of the above and are fully qualified in both Australia and overseas in heritage conservation.
