With 14 quarries and large, highly equipped and fully automated factories in France, Guinet-Derriaz Industries is one of the countrys largest limestones and marble firms, with quarries, factories, design offices and contractors. Dating back three generations, Guinet-Derriaz Industries is part of the Rabier Group.
The limestone is extracted in the Rhone-Alpes region and stoneworking takes place in the factory in Montalieu (Isère department). Rocheret, Roc Argent, Fontenille Royal, Marmont, Hauteville, Villebois, Revermont, Chandolin, Rochebelle, Las-Fons and Farges are hard stones which combine the beauty and warmth of limestone with the strength and durability of granite. They are the ideal choice for facade coverings, interior and exterior paving, including areas of high traffic.
Marble supplied byGuinet-Derriaz Industries comes from the South Languedoc-Pyrenees region around the factory in Laurens (Hérault department). These stones - including Noir Saint Laurent, Rouge Antique, Rouge Incarnat, Incarnat Turquin, Cévenol, Brèche nouvelle, Saint Jean Fleuri and others - are particularly sought after for the luxurious decoration of hotels, villas, patios and bathrooms, the company reports.
