Swiss Stone Masons has been in existence since 1969 and are specialists in natural stone, monumental art and cladding.
Swiss Stone Masons have recently branched out into the slab industry and are able to supply a variety of slabs in various colours and thicknesses. We have a range of local and imported material from Italy, Brazil, India, China and Spain. We also stock a variety of granite tiles.
Swiss Stone Masons have been commissioned by the Durban Municipality on a regular basis to clean and restore statutes, as well as to erect new statutes, and move old monuments to new sites.
Swiss Stone has also invented a new super light granite kerbing system that has been patented. This means a complete monument can be erected within 1 hour, any one can do it – no skills required.
The company Managing Director is Hans Kugler (ex Switzerland). He has 35yrs experience in monument building. The total permanent staff compliment is 33 persons.
