After some 35years as a natural stone tiler, the decision to source and supply our own range of natural stone tiles and related products was paramount. As an installer of natural stone tiles I have over the years been supplied with materials I quite simply could not work with. Very poorly cut materials, of inferior quality made the installation an impossible task and making grout joints even and satisfactory, to my clients, was to say the least a very frustrating experience.
I have worked with rapid set adhesives, that simply don’t set, grouts that crack within 48hrs, and having paid ridiculous prices for them, there was absolutely no other option than to supply reliable quality stones of affordable prices. So if you like, Rye Stone Supplies was really formed out of a necessity than anything else. We supply adhesives and grouts by Ardex, Ultra and Larsen. Sealant products are by Lithofin and Sealguard. All of these products have been tried and tested by our fitting team and they have never encountered a problem with any of them, infact we can only sing the praises of the manufacturers that we use.
We work direct with selected major European quarries and beyond, and have visited them at first hand for ourselves to see the quality control that is exercised on the cutting, filling and packaging of these highly sought after stones.
Rye Stone Supplies hold a vast range and variety of stones. We can also generally source some other stones that we don’t obviously stock. Our experts are on hand via phone, e-mail or even if you decide to visit our extensive showroom for us to advise you on any of our products and to give you any practical advice you may require on installation techniques, or you may decide to employ our services to actually carry out the fitting for you.
