Ideal Stones, which has been under control of the Austrian-based GIG Group since October 2002, combines experience, technology and quality to serve both the domestic and international markets.
We export to Europe, USA and Canada natural granite slab with polished, flamed or levigated surface finish
The Quarries
We are currently producing 5 materials at our own quarries:
-Green Candeias
-Tropical Green
-White Kinawa
-Jacaranda
-Blue Night
Skilled Labor
Our entire production flow from granite mining to final processing, is handled by skilled workers.
Imported Machinery
Using automated and continuously-calibrated machinery, we are in a position to offer our customers products made to the most demanding technical specifications and standards.
History of the Company
1991 - Opening of the operations in Europe with a commercial office in Vienna, Austria and Antwerp, Belgium Candeias, Minas Gerais und a deposit in Antwerpen trading brazilian granite blocks to the European market.
1994 - Start up of the Granite mining operations in Minas Gerais - Brazil
2003 - 2002 Acquisition of Ideal Stones in order to supply the Granite Slabs market with the quality and variety both for the internal market and for the exportation.
