The HK-0105/A Block Cutter is fully automatic. The table stands up to 80o, and we can put the slab on the table, then the table returns to the normal position and we begin cutting. The table rotates 45o and 90o. The disk moves up and down, toward and backward. It is laser guided. It is controlled by an inverter with ample functions, perfect accuracy, high reliability and easy operation.
It can cut more than one slab in the same time; we can cut per example 7 slabs per 2 cm of thickness, or 5 slabs per 3 cm of thickness.
Everything is automatic, only changing the measurements is manual.
Also we can produce this machine with full automatic system with PLC system, where the measurements are also automatic controlled.
It is based on a cement base.

General features:
The bridge cutting machine SNM-FR is used for reducing marble and granite slabs into strips and tiles.
The motor is directly mounted on the spindle. The spindle unit moves vertically by means of an electric motor and reduction gear. The operating head is moved back and forward along the bridge by a rack and pinion assembly driven by a reduction gear motor. It is installed on a slide that moves on the bridge on hard-chrome plated guides protected by suitable caters. The slide movement takes place on a perfectly protected oil bathed guides and its speed is electronically tuned.
The heavy duty steel work table rotates manually on a completely sealed and lubricated roller bearing with a diameter of 500mm. It can be locked in any position from 0° to 360° and there are two locating pins at 0° and 90°.
The insulated electric panel attached to the bridge provides the operator convenient access to all the controls (each function is protected by a thermal relay).
Electric cables and tubes are supported by nylon cable holding chains.
The 2-step digital preset counter and frequency inverter enables the operator to program acceleration and deceleration brakes for a precise cut with smooth moves.

A laser beam device enables precise diamond disk alignment which is very useful especially when working unsquared pieces.
An automatic check-size system warns the operator in case the positioning of the head is not within the preset tolerance.
The magnetic measuring rule with a precision of 1/10mm ensures that no mechanical clearance can ever alter the precision of the cut.
The tilting table option reduces the down time encountered in loading and unloading slabs.
The machine can be fitted with a copying device.

The SNM-DEI is a heavy duty monobloc bridge cutting machine suitable for all factories working in the stone industry. When equipped with suitable tooling it is capable of working marble, granite. Cement etc... it is easy to handle and maintenance free.
The main structure is made of heavy duty steel in order to ensure maximum stability and quality of the machine over time. The table's sliding surface is composed of very thick plates which are machined on five sides.
The bridge is made of a very stiff box type frame and the base of the slide ways is directly machined on the bridge.

The machine is equipped with end stops both forward and reverse as well as up and down.
The driving system inside gears is case hardened before final grinding.
The machine is equipped with an insulated electric panel as well as an articulated control pendant which enables the operator to control the most important commands: Back/Forward and Up/Down for the head, and a potentiometer to control the advancing speed for both cutting directions.
The electric and tubes for tool cooling are supported by nylon cable holding chains.

It has 2 tables, one for cutting the block in horizontal way, the other for cutting the block in vertical way. The disk is stable and doesnt move, it only move toward and backward automatically. The tables are also stable. We must move the tile manually to cut it. The movement of the disk is regulated by an inverter.
