This kerbstone cutting machine line is mainly for cutting slab width above 50mm, the machine cut with 10-14pcs of blade at the same time which will dramatically increase cutting speed and overal output, daily capacity can reach 30-35m³/24h.The stone edge cutting machine is widely used for kerbstone, roadside stone, cobblestone and tombstone etc.

Technical Parameters
The whole process of kerbstone production
After cutting the stone height by block cutter, a worker hoisted the material to the curbstone slicing machine, another worker hoisted the curbstone cut along the curbstone cutting machine line to the curbstone chamfering machine for grinding and chamfering, and a third worker unloads and packages the material by a small crane behind the chamfering edger. The entire process requires only three workers to operate, which greatly saves labor costs. The whole production continuity is continuous and the stability is good.
Features
1. The main part of the whole machine is made of integrated cast iron, which is conducive to the stability of the machine when cutting.
2. The main and auxiliary shafts are bidirectionally supported and connected, and the main shaft is more durable and not easy to wear after high-frequency quenching and tempering
3. The main machine adopts bilateral oil cylinder lifting instead of screw lifting, providing strong support for the machine
4. The large-scale trolley can process 2 pieces of 80cm blocks at the same time, and the stones are conveyed by the roller, which greatly improves the work efficiency
5. No need to install cement foundation, simple electric control operation, easy to use
Advantages

Installation
1. Put the machine on the prepared ground.
2. Put several pieces of wood as thick as 50mm on the worktable to prevent blades from cutting into the worktable.
3. Install water pipe.
4. Blade installation: Open blade cover, unscrew 8 retaining bolts and position bolts with a dedicated spanner, loosen auxiliary spindle (shaft), put on blades and clamping plates as per intended stone size (thickness), align oil hole of the auxiliary spindle to air hole according to the arrow direction on auxiliary spindle and box, have them fixed with bolts, close blade cover.
5. Check transmission fluids of the spindle box, auxiliary spindle box, trolley track, and lifting parts.
6. Connect control cabinet power.
