OZKKM 750/650 AQUILA is monobloc bridge sawing machines that, thanks to the advanced functionality, allow every stone fabrication shop to be equipped with accurate and quick machines, without giving up quality. The standard versions of AQUILA 750/650 is monobloc, i.e.: mounted on a monolithic structure of steel carpentry that assures utmost rigidity and stability levels, with no need of any concrete foundation. For this reason, if necessary, they can be easily moved elsewhere. The monobloc configuration can be exploited also for using these machines as “building“ equipment, i.e. it can be placed time by time near the factory where the coating, flooring, etc. are being done.
OZKKM 750/650 AQUILA is the result of the most advanced designing on computer and the massive use of FEM”* analysis in order to reach a very high rigidity level of the bridge and structures. Even though it is a sawing machines, both have technical solutions similar to the ones of a CNC machine. All the movements of the axes are on linear bearings which do not need to be adjusted. All the lubrication points have been gathered in areas which can easily be seen and reached, without disassembling guards or protections for facilitating ordinary maintenance. High level components are employed. The motors used, except for the Z axis, are servo motors with precision reducers. Especially the high speed of the X axis allows to cut down idle times as much as possible with a productivity increase (the percentage of the time that the disc stays on the material is higher with respect to the time for placing or returning to cut start)
The spindle, anchored in front of the beam to offer the utmost rigidity, can accommodate discs up to a diameter of 750 mm for the AQUILA 750, diameter of 650 mm for the AQUILA 650. The head of that machine can rotate “IN CONTINUOUS” i.e. always making the less route for positioning between one cut and another, for the benefit of productivity. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is possible to draw on the X-Y plane circles and circle arches of any size, in all the positions of the working area. The choice of placing the cutting disc in axis with the head rotation center reduces to zero the efforts on the axis for an excellent cutting quality. The inclination of the disc is manual from 0° to 90° and the possibility to interpolate the X and Y axes make the machine suitable for repetitive processing and single details even with vertical, inclined, parallel, orthogonal, diagonal and curved cuts. The machines, in the standard version are equipped with a fixed table and can be equipped with a tilting table (option) to facilitate the loading and unloading of the processed pieces

Bridge saw CAT. 625 model 3C: machine with 3 linear axes X (trolley), Y (bridge), Z (head), simple and sturdy with two-beam bridge, designed and manufactured to satisfy the most demanding companies in the stone machining sector for traditional cutting and shaping. Suitable for manual, semi-automatic and automatic machining work with latest-generation "SIPRO siax150" numerical control. The work bench is sturdy and heavy and can be rotated 360° manually (automatically as optional) with a precision bearing. It can be tipped with a hydraulic piston to facilitate slab loading procedures. The bench can be locked in fixed positions at 0°, +45°, -45° and +90°, with an optional of another positions every 45° while out of square in all 360° of rotation. The disc holder head is fast and precise for cutting machining work and can be inclined manually using the handwheel, lockable from 0° to 90° in any position.
This machine is been studied to work with increased disks (optional additional bonnet).
There are 2 models:
CAT. 625 model 3C: provided of disk bonnet diam. 625mm (optional 725mm) axes run Z of 420mm.
CAT. 625 model 4C: provided of automatic bench.

Helios Cut 500 is a fast and performing 5 interpolated axes bridge saw. It has been developed for high precision cutting processes on ceramics, quartzites, as well as marbles and granites. The exclusive characteristic is the stainless steel monolithic structure, which guarantees a total endurance against corrosion and a remarkable duration over time. The bridge saw can have both manual and total automated functions thanks to the advanced levels of the software, which allow to process easily a lot of jobs such as multiple linear cuts, perpendicular linear cuts, mitering, cut of kitchen/bath tops, calibration, decorative walls, shaping, inclined cuts, net and clean cuts, roughing, scraping, fan-shaped stairs, template reading, and much more. The integrated Helios X-touch software is user-friendly and intuitive, it can be combined with Helios Photoscan, which is the slabs scanner, as well as measuring system and template reader. Together they can start the cutting process just a click away.
